The Conference Dinner is planned to take place at Milan’s historic Castello Sforzescoe (see image on the left).

** A student certificate is required

*** The student fee can be reduced by the applicable amount, if the conference dinner is not attended. This option is only available to students.

**** Needs to be booked by Tuesday, 6 September 2016. The Conference Dinner is planned to take place at Milan’s historic Castello Sforzescoe (see image on the left).

  • Presenting authors need to register by Friday, 19 August 2016 for guaranteed inclusion to the programme and proceedings.
  • Attendees who are Members of the Energy Institute (EI) or the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB) are entitled to a discount when registering for the Full Fees (3 days) option above. No discounts are applicable for any of the other registration options. Proof of membership needs to be provided.
  • Discounted and student registrations need to be completed by Sunday, 21 August 2016. Proof of eligibility needs to be provided within 7 days of registration.
  • Cancellations received on or before 19 August 2016 will be refunded minus an administration charge of £50 per person.
  • Please note that after 19 August 2016 registration can be done only online.
